With over 30 years of experience, Richard has painted everything from homes to commercial buildings — stucco, brick, siding, and beyond. He takes pride in his craft and always walks away with a smile. When he’s off the job, you’ll find him with his grandkids, at the ballfield, or around the family dinner table.

As an active TFD firefighter and Army veteran, Tim’s all about service — whether it’s protecting his community or showing up strong for your project. He loves rolling up his sleeves, getting hands-on, and yes, somehow squatting over 400 lbs. Must be a firefighter thing.

Michelle brings warmth, experience, and a whole lot of heart to every project. She has vast experience in roofing and customer service, and always puts people first. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three, a sports sideline regular, and a big fan of a good K-drama binge.

Lincoln’s a professional good boy with a passion for free pets, trailer snacks, and chasing the occasional zoomie. When he’s not sniffing around for clues about where the team’s been, he’s laser-focused on boosting morale and making sure no snack goes uneaten.

Squeezy showed up one day and refused to leave — now he’s the face of the brand. Known for photobombing jobsite selfies and cracking the occasional silly joke, he ensures zero lemons make it onto Lime Time™ property. He takes fun very seriously and swears every project is better when there’s lime energy in the air.
